Your opportunity

Provide strategic Allied Health professional leadership, vision and planning for the delivery of person-centred, safe and effective services across all clinical areas within the South West Hospital and Health Service (SWHHS). Provide service-wide professional management involving alignment across multiple specialties and settings within SWHHS to drive innovation around interprofessional service delivery models.

Ensure the alignment of Allied Health services with relevant HHS, Queensland Health, Government, Commonwealth directions and professional standards including the Department of Health Professional Allied Health Division 10 Year Strategy ‘Optimising the allied health workforce for best care and best value'. 

Oversee the portfolios of Healthy Communities, Hope Program, Interprofessional Practice, Telehealth and Connected Care, Chief Experience Officer and the redesign of high value models of care in relation to Chronic Disease.

Flexible remote work arrangements maybe considered for this role, however the position's location for taxation purposes is Roma.
