Your opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Unit Manager to join our team. The Nurse Unit Manager practices with an advanced level of autonomy to provide nursing services within the rural/remote health service setting.
The Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for explicit portfolio content with a focus on clinical care/leadership, management, education and/or research. Nurse Unit Manage's apply operational leadership and principals of clinical governance. Nurse Unit Manage's operationalise the strategies that support a work-based culture that promotes and support education, learning, research and workforce development.
The Nurse Unit Manager applies critical thinking and expert judgement across all domains and are responsible for a cohort of staff reporting to the position.
