Your opportunity
The Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills provides nursing services under the direct or indirect supervision of registered nurse/ to provide meaningful person-centred care in the health service. Successful Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills must demonstrate competence in the provision of nursing care as specified by registration requirements, NMBA standards and codes, relevant legislation and context of care. The Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills assists with the care of healthcare recipients and seeks assistance and support in decision making from the registered nurse/midwife within the rural remote setting.

Charleville is a designated Remote Area Nursing Incentive Package (RANIP) site in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award – State 2015. This attracts additional entitlements which may include:
- An annual isolation bonus paid annually!
- Return airfares to the nearest provincial city in conjunction with leave!
- Additional annual leave per annum!
