South West Hospital and Health Service (SWHHS) delivers health care in a rural and remote environment and prides itself on person-centred care and supporting its patients to have the best possible health outcomes. SWHHS operates under a Hub and Spoke Model with services managed from the hub hospitals in Charleville, St George and Roma. The spoke sites include Residential Aged Care Facilities, Multipurpose Health Services and Community Clinics.

SWHHS' mandatory onboarding requirements include:
- Current AHPRA registration;
- Working rights within Australia;
- Vaccine Preventable Diseases – Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B;
- May require the current years influenza vaccination (during the peak season);
- National Police Certificate (aged care criminal history clearance will be arranged by SWHHS at time of onboarding);
- First Aid and CPR certificates; and
- May require a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (dependent on location).
