Your opportunity
The Contracts and Procurement Officer position is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and/or operational activities within the Governance Risk and Corporate Support Unit, providing informed advice and recommendations to stakeholders, and ensuring effective and efficient service delivery in support of SWHHS organisational objectives.
The Contracts and Procurement Officer will provide support to the implementation of procurement processes as required, in addition to responding to queries from stakeholders, escalating issues as necessary and assisting with high value and high risk procurement activities. The Contracts and Procurement Officer will also support work to improve supply chain management practices within the South West HHS to ensure efficiency and limit waste.
