To assist in the delivery of a reliable and high-quality pharmacy services to the patients and staff of the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service. You will be primarily based on Thursday Island and become a member of a broader pharmacy team that is composed of on-site pharmacists, technicians and assistants in four separate locations across the HHS.

Tell me more... As a Clinical Operations Pharmacist, you will be directly responsible for the provision of inpatient clinical pharmacy services within the HHS and also assume the day-to-day operational management of the pharmacy department(s) through an active on site presence and supervision of pharmacy assistants. The inpatient clinical pharmacy service provided will ensure that patient's have an optimised medication management plan throughout their admission and an accurate and updated list of medications on discharge.
