Tell me more...You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within Care Co-ordination Service Centre to provide effective and efficient administrative support that ensures optimum service linkages, timely and responsive actions to requests. The incumbent performs administrative functions across the Care Co-ordination Service Centre (telephony, service linkage, handling patient information, filing), and general administration duties. Development of key relationships with the Patient Experience Officers, Travel Teams, Clinical Care Hub and relevant care Co-ordination Services across FNQ to improve patients access to care and provide timely response to emerging issues.
