The Indigenous Nurse Navigator Support Officer role is a unique and highly rewarding opportunity within the TCHHS Nurse Navigator Team.
The Nurse Navigator Service works to integrate cultural and health services to achieve optimal outcomes for patients, carers, families, and staff as they navigate the hospital health service.
This role provides cultural liaison and brokerage between the service, clients, and the wider community. It involves direct contact with patients, carers, families, and staff, as well as providing essential administrative support.
This is a 0.8FTE frontline position working part time hours (60.8hrs per fortnight). You will generally not work weekends or public holidays.
