Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner – Maternal, Child and Family Health Outreach and Midwifery Navigation Services will be responsible for providing a range of clinical primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and communities including delivering specific health care programs, assessing and treating clients, maintaining health care systems and providing advice and support in order to contribute to better health outcomes.
