Are you an experienced allied health leader looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting temporary backfill opportunity for a passionate and strategic Director of Allied Health to join our team.
While the role is based in Cairns, we're open to negotiation for the right candidate to be located in Cooktown, Weipa, or Thursday Island - places rich in culture, community spirit, and natural beauty.

In this leadership role, you will:
- Oversee and support a diverse and dedicated multidisciplinary allied health workforce
- Lead and collaborate with senior clinical staff across regional and remote settings
- Champion quality care, service improvement, and innovation
- Provide strategic input into workforce development, clinical governance, and operational excellence
