Join our team as a Palliative Care Coordinator to develop and implement a culturally appropriate, flexible “Pop-up” palliative care model for remote communities in Cape York and Torres Strait. Collaborating with stakeholders, community members, and healthcare providers, you will gather cultural insights, create tailored resources, and support service delivery to ensure respectful, community-driven end-of-life care. Your role will help shape sustainable, region-specific palliative care services that honor local beliefs and practices.
