Permanent Part time Consultant/Specialist Paediatrics position available for up to 56 hours per fortnight (up to 0.7FTE)

Tell me more...   The Consultant Paediatrician will provide specialist paediatric outreach services to a designated cluster of communities located within a catchment area of the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service as part of a multidisciplinary cross-cultural primary health care service.  Resource allocation to a portfolio of communities is aligned to service need and may vary based on identified service requirements.  

The Consultant Paediatrician will develop and strengthen partnerships and collaborate with secondary referral services at Cairns Hospital and the two Queensland tertiary referral centres, Townsville University Hospital and Queensland Children's Hospital to provide seamless and well-coordinated care journeys for TCHHS paediatric patients as required.
