We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and proactive Senior Multimedia and Content Officer to work as part of our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Creative, you will have the opportunity to create and produce high level multimedia content through a diverse range of video, digital marketing and communication projects designed to engage TIQ's key target audiences and align with TIQ's strategic priorities.

As a Senior Multimedia Content Officer, you'll develop innovative plans for interesting projects as you grow your skills every day. And you'll do it with people who you're proud to work with and want you to thrive. To be successful in this role, you will:
- Provide a professional and innovative multimedia service that elevates TIQ's visibility and impact across diverse target markets, aligning with TIQ's Marcomms strategies to strengthen brand awareness and foster deeper engagement.
- Work independently or collaboratively as required, to develop projects from initial brief or concept to final delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail throughout the process.
- Manage and execute end-to-end live action and animation projects (including 2D and 3D), from concept development through to post-production, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Manage and deliver end-to-end high quality graphic design material and services (print, digital and social) to ensure content is tailored to key targeted audience and drives measurable outcomes.
- Co-create project schedules and timeframes and actively manage workloads to deliver multimedia content which supports overarching brand and marketing objectives.
- Develop, manage and oversee stakeholder relationships and expectations to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
- Support the procurement of production services by developing detailed production briefs and negotiating quotes from external service providers including videography and photography vendors.
- Manage and organise TIQ's multi-media content within TIQ's new Bynder digital asset management system (DAM), ensuring all assets are securely stored and readily accessible across TIQ's global network.
- Monitor and maintain TIQ's corporate identity and WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards, to ensure all multimedia material meets the necessary requirements to preserve a strong corporate image.
- Maintain a strong awareness of current and emerging trends in digital design and multimedia production to leverage new technologies and tools that enhance product quality, optimise production processes and deliver innovative solutions.
