We are seeking an experienced high performing Human Resource Advisor to provide high-quality advice and guidance across a broad range of HR functions which aligns with legislative and agency requirements.

You will play a key role in the Human Resource team in delivering a range of contemporary human resource management advice and support to staff within Trade & Investment Queensland.

  • Experience in providing expert HR advice and guidance on a range of employee matters (we're talking everything from recruitment to employee relations)
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, policies and practices, in relation to contemporary human resource practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to collaboratively deliver customer-focused outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a respectful, supportive work environment that promotes continuous improvement.
