As our highly valued Manager, Executive Services, you will contribute to ensuring a bright future for Queensland, Australia and our global partners. You will do this with people who want you to grow and progress.

Reporting to the Director, Executive Services, you will manage, co-ordinate and/or monitor all major significant projects, reporting processes and policy initiatives, on behalf of the CEO. You will also provide strategic administration and advisory support, lead and manage business activities relevant to the team and provide high-level co-ordination of correspondence for the CEO and relevant Ministers.

Based in Brisbane, here's what your role will involve:

  • Lead and manage the operations of the CEO's Office, ensuring efficient systems, processes, and coordination of key business activities and projects.
  • Oversee preparation, review, and quality control of high-level documents including ministerial briefs, reports, submissions, and correspondence on complex policy and operational matters.
  • Provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO, including stakeholder communications, parliamentary processes, and executive reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government, industry, and stakeholders, representing TIQ and driving business improvement and innovation initiatives
