As our highly valued Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you will contribute to ensuring a bright future for Queensland, Australia and our global partners. You will do this with people who want you to grow and progress.

The Senior Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and delivering website and digital initiatives and activities to support and promote a range of programs aligned with the Trade and Investment Queensland strategic plan and Queensland Government priorities. You will also champion TIQ's online experience improvement program and work with stakeholders to evolve existing products into new and innovative digital engagement and service solutions.

Based in Brisbane, here's what your role will involve:

  • Manage website content, front-end updates, and optimisations using CMS platforms, including Kentico 13.
  • Design and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, social, and email aligned with TIQ priorities.
  • Apply SEO, accessibility, and UX best practices to maximise discoverability and user experience.
  • Oversee TIQ's website to ensure content is high quality, current, and compliant with WCAG 2.1 and best-practice UX.
  • Support the development of targeted social media amplification strategies aligned to TIQ's audience and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to create, publish, and monitor content across websites, email, search, social, display, and mobile applications.
