  • Have proven experience coordinating and delivering events, executive visits, business missions, seminars and stakeholder engagements, including logistics, planning and on-the-day support.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Queensland's Senior Commissioner, Southeast Asia, and the Operations Manager, ensuring the effective operation of the TIQ Singapore office and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing office budgets, financial processing, reporting and expenditure in accordance with the Financial Management Practices Manual.
  • Coordinate payroll processing for locally engaged employees and support HR administration, including recruitment, personnel records, leave management and professional development activities.
  • Organise meetings, travel, official visits and major TIQ events, providing end-to-end logistics, coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Manage contracts, vendor relationships, accommodation and lease matters, and liaise with building management providers.
  • Support marketing, business development and stakeholder engagement activities, including industry partnerships between Queensland and Singapore.
  • Deliver high-quality client service and maintain productive relationships with government, industry and commercial stakeholders.
  • Support workplace health and safety compliance in collaboration with the Operations Manager and local landlord.
