What's on offer?
Remuneration package of up to $166,569 p.a.

  • Salary range: $136,035 to $145,990 p.a. (AO7)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
  • Flexible working arrangements

About the role

  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR Business Partnering team to deliver strategic, data-driven HR initiatives, interventions and solutions that align with organisational goals, foster strong business relationships, and proactively address workforce challenges.
  • Focus on strategic partnership and scalable solutions to support THHS leaders, empowering leaders and minimising where possible the high-volume one-on-one issue resolution matters.
  • Leverage data and analytics to provide leaders with actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and proactive problem-solving efforts, and strategic workforce planning.

Role requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a human resource management, industrial relations or related field is highly desirable.
  • A relevant master's qualification is considered highly desirable.
  • Professional membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute is desirable.
  • Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
