About the opportunity:

Position: Project Manager
Vacancy: Fixed term temporary full-time, up to 28/12/2025, with the possibility of extension, up to 12 months
Location: Townsville University Hospital

About the role:

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of Digital Services Projects.

In this role the project manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives and adoption of any change related to the project through effective Project Management Methodology.

The position requires a significant level of autonomy and the ability to work collaboratively with many stakeholders. It will provide expert project, change management advice and leadership to ensure ongoing efficiency and performance for the life of the project and the transition to business-as-usual operations post implementation.

Enjoy a generous remuneration package value up to $182,185 p.a. comprising:

  • Salary range: $5784.20 to $6120.40 p.f. (AO8)
  • Annual leave with 17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Requirements:

  • Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded i.e. Project Management.
  • Possession of class C drivers' licence.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history clearance and Aged Care Pre-Employment Screening.
