Located at Townsville University Hospital, the Medical Imaging Department provides a range of diagnostic and interventional services across multiple modalities. The team supports patients from Townsville and regional centres throughout North Queensland.

Competitive salary and benefits

Classification: Nurse Grade 3 | Salary: $35.92 – $38.12 per hour | Permanent part-time (32 hours/fortnight)

About your opportunity

This role focuses on managing and booking interventional procedures within the Medical Imaging Department. You'll work closely with medical teams and patients, using systems like QRIS, ieMR, and HBCIS to coordinate appointments and provide patient information.

Requirements

  • Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
  • Evidence of VPD and TB screening compliance
  • Highly desirable: IV therapy and medication administration modules
