About the work unit / facility

Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS)

CYMHS provides specialised, recovery-oriented mental health services for children and young people (0–18 years) with severe and complex mental health needs. The team operates within a multidisciplinary framework and offers acute response services to the Townsville University Hospital Emergency Department during office hours.
