About the work unit / facility:

The Department of Psychology provides psychological services to patients of the Townsville Hospital and Health Service. Our services are provided for patients staying in hospital, as well as those in our care through our community and mental health services.

  • Salary range: $73.12 to $76.30 p.h. (HP5)

About your opportunity:

Deliver independent high level specialised Psychology services and leadership within the Townsville Hospital and as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory qualifications (Psychology) and proof of registration (AHPRA).
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
  • Possession of class C drivers' licence.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history clearance.
