About the role
Ripley Specialised Inpatient Services is a state-of-the-art facility that will deliver 90 additional beds in West Moreton as part of Queensland Health's Accelerated Infrastructure Delivery Program. The project will deliver a three-storey facility located on Botany Drive, South Ripley. It is located on the Ripley Health Campus and is co-located with the current Satellite Health Centre.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Proven success in leading and managing high performing supply teams that deliver services in a large, diverse and complex organisation.
- Proven ability to successfully manage the implementation of a supply services change agenda.
- High level communication, consultation and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and refine relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
- Leadership and supervisory skills; including, the ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing work environments.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
