About the role
This role will provide project management for the operational commissioning of additional inpatient beds within the Mental Health Acute Inpatient Service (MHAIS). This role will lead multiple projects for the MHAIS including supporting the Nursing Director and leadership team with the expansion of resources as part of the Better Care Together program.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- High level skills and knowledge in project management i.e. planning, consultation, facilitation and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and set, show excellent attention to detail, meet deadlines and deliver an outcome.
- Understanding and experience in developing and implementing new and innovative project/programs.
- High level skills in providing authoritative counsel around project matters and managing complex changes and complex environments in the establishment of project.
- High level written and verbal communication, problem solving/analytical abilities, and interpersonal skills including consultation, engagement and negotiation skills with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
