About the role
The role of Principle Project Officer is to manage the delivery of large scale mental health projects/programs to support enhanced mental health training delivery across West Moreton Hospital and Health Service. The position will be pivotal in ensuring project objectives are met successfully and within defined timelines.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated ability to manage the delivery of large scale complex projects and/or programs using project methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated high level analytical, planning and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to critically analyse and interpret clinical and administrative data to inform mental health service improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated high level written communication skills including the ability to prepare high quality briefings, project documentation and complex reports.
- High level knowledge, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, the mental health strategic frameworks, including the complex interrelationships within government, non-government and private sectors.
- Proven experience in successfully leading and managing staff and resources.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
