About the role

The Safety and Quality Information Analyst works as part of the Patient Safety and Quality team to capture business information needs, generate insightful analysis, and translate them into solutions that inform clinical decision-making and drive continuous health service improvement.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in transforming data into actionable information to support the achievement of strategic objectives in a complex service delivery environment, preferably healthcare
  • High level ability to identify and analyse problems and opportunities, exercise initiative and take responsibility
  • High-level written and oral communication skills, including the presentation of complex data to a variety of audiences using data visualisation tools
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team to gain trust, support others, constructively negotiate ambiguity and conflict, and value and respect difference.
  • Flexibility and willingness to rapidly adapt to meet the needs of stakeholders in a complex and challenging environment.
