We have a temporary, flexible full-time administration officer position for 3 months in our Murrumba Targan Djimbulung team.

Murrumba Targan Djimbulung (MTD) provides wrap-around health and well-being support to First Nations adults who live in West Moreton and experience chromic health issues, such as diabetes and ongoing heart and lung issues.

About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administration support and customer service to units within the First Nations Holistic Wellbeing Service, including efficient utilisation of appointment times for Consultants and Clinicians.

About you

Your success in this role will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under ‘About this role', the ideal person for this role will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Experience and demonstrated achievement in similar roles.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and coordinate activities in a team environment to meet deadlines, and to be flexible in a changing work environment.
  • Ability in the use of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to acquire knowledge of relevant software packages (e.g. ieMR, Medi Records, ESM, HBCIS).
