Our Health Service is expanding and so is our Recruitment Team!

Joining a dynamic and friendly team of recruitment professionals, you will find yourself supporting the recruitment and selection processes of West Moreton Health by partnering with clients to ensure they select the best candidates.

This talent pool will be utilised to fill current and future fixed-term temporary vacancies for the next 12 months. Applications will be assessed as received.

  • Juggling multiple vacancies at various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Building relationships with your client group to become a trusted advisor who provides practical, contemporary recruitment solutions.
  • Protecting the organisation through quality assurance checks on recruitment paperwork and processes.
  • Enabling our Line Managers with interesting and engaging training.
  • Contributing to a high performing team

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Apply your knowledge of legislation, policies and guidelines relating to recruitment, staff selection and establishment to a wide range of scenarios
  • Win your clients over with your interpersonal skills and well-developed communication skills
  • Master multiple computer systems
  • Prioritise and deliver on tight timelines
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
