About the role

Deliver specific training for Administration Services staff at the Ipswich Hospital in accordance with Queensland Health policies, procedures and guidelines, monitoring data quality to maintain integrity of patient databases.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Designs and delivers training to others in a range of formats, in a structured learner focused environment.
  • Ability to develop and conduct formal presentations of a high standard appropriate to the audience.
  • High standard of interpersonal and communication skills to communicates needs, messages and information with clarity and sensitivity in aural form.
  • Delivers work of high quality, validity and accuracy of services.
  • Uses well-developed problem-solving skills to provide solutions to specific situations.
  • Works cooperatively and effectively within a team environment getting along with others.
  • Advanced technical knowledge and skills in training and development, including implementing training and development programs. Knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of, hospital and patient databases. Ability to use computerised systems including Microsoft Office applications.
