About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective secretarial/administration support to the Assistant Nursing Director Preventative Health. The role is also required to provide support to the leadership team of the Preventative Health Service where required.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • High level of knowledge and skills relevant to a Director Support Officer role including time management, well developed interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving, oral and written communication.
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to specific situations to meet organisational or task needs.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and be flexible in a changing work environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously, and cooperatively and effectively as part of an executive team.
  • Ability in the use of Microsoft Office programs to an intermediate level and the ability to acquire knowledge of relevant software packages
