    We are seeking a Decision Maker to undertake the role of Right to Information (RTI) and Information Privacy (IP) decision maker with the Right to Information and Privacy Group. The workgroup manages responses to applications made under the Right to Information Act 2009 and Information Privacy Act 2009 to records held by QCS.

    This workgroup also manages privacy breaches and complaints under the Information Privacy Act as well as preparing subpoenas, documents for insurance related matters, escalation of high-risk information requests, and monitors current and emerging legislation and legal precedents to ensure process and considerations are current.

    Community Corrections is responsible for supervising adult offenders in the community. Community Corrections is divided into seven regions each with a number of district offices and reporting centres. Community Corrections staff aim to protect the community and reduce re-offending by supervising offenders in the community in which they live and encourage offenders to adopt more pro-social attitudes and behaviours.
