The Parole Board Secretariat is a business unit that sits within the Community Corrections and Specialist Operations division in QCS.
The Secretariat is responsible for providing human resource management support, finance support, managing rosters and supporting in the development, application and oversight of governance and strategy systems and processes of Parole Board Queensland. The Parole Board Queensland was established as an independent authority and its statutory functions and powers are exercised independent from influence by Queensland Corrective Services (QCS).
