The role of the ESB Liaison Officer (PAHSU) is to contribute to the improvement of service delivery to prisoners attending the PAHSU for medical appointments. This is achieved by providing proactive liaison with QHealth, sentence management and correctional centres, planning assistance to ESB management and developing practices and processes to support the PAHSU’s operations. A close working relationship with QHealth representatives and correctional centre representative is essential to the role.
