The common objective of the Pharmacy Service is that patients derive maximum benefit from medications whilst being exposed to minimum risk. This purpose will be achieved by the deployment of a skilled and caring pharmacy workforce.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Prescription preparation and associated activities.
- Materials management including medicine distribution, stock management and bulk handling.
- Clinical Unit Based Pharmacy Assistant (CUBPA) services including inpatient supplies, discharge prescriptions and preparation of discharge medication records.
- Non aseptic preparation of pharmaceutical products.
- Clinical Trials dispensing.
Salary between $2548.10 - $2678.70 p.f. (CA3) (fixed term temporary full-time positions available for six months). Applications will remain current for the duration of the vacancy.
