About you:
- Demonstrate autonomy, accountability and competence for expanded practice in providing client-focused care within a nursing model including advanced health assessment of consumer's/patient's clinical condition, development, and implementation of appropriately documented management plan.
- Provide specialist nursing interventions that demonstrate an expanded level of nursing knowledge and skills in the practice area of Emergency Nursing.
- Maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills with interprofessional colleagues and extended community health providers as necessary in the course of consumer/patient management and provide specialist consultation and liaison within the scope of the position.
- Active participation in continuing education and performance and development planning activities.
