The successful teacher in this role will be:

Essential Skills:
- Ability to teach Mathematics across Years 7–10.
- Strong behaviour management skills, with a relational approach aligned to restorative practices.
- Capacity to teach Digital Technologies or Business in Years 9–10.
- A commitment to whole-school priorities, including data-informed teaching and Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL).
- Willingness to participate in extra-curricular activities and broader school life, as is common in small school context.
Would be beneficial:
- Experience in a small school or multi-age setting.
- Familiarity with the Australian Curriculum V9 and ACARA work samples.
- Interest in supporting student pathways, including careers education or entrepreneurship.
- Skills or interests that could support our Friday Form Class Challenges or contribute to house team events.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. - Employment for pre-service/graduate teachers will be subject to the successful completion of a relevant teaching qualification and meeting the minimum requirements as a teacher with the department.
