In the role of Senior Advisor (Operational Applications), you will provide formal and informal construction and maintenance management, and project management system training and support to RoadTek personnel. You will provide change management advice and support to resolve process compliance issues. These systems have varying levels of integration with a broader suite of project management systems with which this role will also be involved.
Some accountabilities include:
• Provide high level specialist advice, coaching and support of system users on construction and maintenance management, project management, and risk management.
• Undertake reviews and audits of construction and maintenance projects to assess compliance with RoadTek's system and project management system procedures.
• Contribute to the establishment of procedures, processes, tasks and activities.
• Work with system vendors to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing performance of systems.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
Desirable requirements:
• Knowledge of and experience in Construction and Maintenance Management systems and processes
• Advanced computer skills in construction and maintenance systems, including SAP, Primavera, Civilpro, AMMS and MS Excel.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.
• Ability to provide workplace training to adults with diverse demographic, literacy and technical capabilities, using face to face and electronic techniques.
