About the Role
We are incentivising health workers to move to Darling Downs Health, to take up a job in regional and remote Queensland. To find out if you are eligible, click here, payments commence 1 July 2023.
As a Nurse Navigator you will recognise and seize opportunities to improve services and health outcomes for our clients. You will encourage diverse thinking to promote innovation and introduce new ways of looking at problems that support positive health outcomes. Your collaborative approach will be essential to build rapport and establish strong and mutually beneficial connections.
