Your Opportunity:

As a Workforce Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our department's workforce planning initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Strategy & Planning, you will be an integral part of a high-performing team, applying your expertise in data analysis and intelligence to improve processes and outcomes

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of workforce data, focusing on future teacher demand and supply.
  • Develop and present data-driven recommendations to enhance workforce planning initiatives.
  • Design and perform data queries across large datasets to identify and predict workforce trends and challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of dashboards and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define key workforce metrics and improve business processes.
  • Maintain current knowledge in wokforce analysis to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Encourage the use of data tools and insights to optimise business processes and solve workforce issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL and DAX.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Power BI and basic data modelling.
  • Familiarity with developer languages and Azure advantageous.
  • Ability to conduct thorough data analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and present information effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
