An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join Executive Services at the Bundaberg Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:

• Responsible for providing, developing and maintaining an efficient, effective, ethical and confidential advanced level of administrative and secretarial support services to the Executive Directors and other Department Staff, including the co-ordination, preparation and dissemination of relevant material and liaison with other Senior Management and Staff of WBHHS.
• This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position while maintaining open channels of communication between all staff within the department and other members of multidisciplinary teams.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $110,852 p.a., comprising salary between $88,187 - $97,156 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.).
