About the role
The Principal Business Partner – Workforce Planning role sits within our People and Culture (P&C) division. Our P&C portfolio is dedicated to delivering contemporary, innovative, and responsive people and culture solutions that support our organisational customer service outcomes and strategic objectives, especially in an era of major digital transformation and change.
As the Principal Business Partner – Workforce Planning, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and evaluating organisational-wide projects aimed at creating agile and well-supported work environments. You will demonstrate your high-level knowledge and experience in managing people-related initiatives within a P&C context, focusing on workload management and workforce planning to ensure alignment with contemporary public sector objectives. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for managers, building their capability and confidence in workload management and workforce planning.
