About you
Are you a dynamic, experienced leader? Do you have exceptional skills, and a passion for the environment? We're looking for an individual who are passionate about conservation, land management and working collaboratively. Your time management skills will be key in juggling and meeting competing priorities, while self-motivation will be the key to achieving outcomes in a busy and changing environment.
To be successful in the role, you will also have:
• Be passionate for the environment and is driven to make a difference.
• Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders, First Nations communities
• Ability to lead a team to achieve organisational goals.
• Maintain communications with all business areas to ensure common objectives are met, interests align, and ongoing delivery of outcomes.
• Well-developed communications researching and troubleshooting skills.
• A good understanding of Policies, procedures and legislation.
