We are looking for someone:
• Who is an experienced user of OpenText eDOCS or similar enterprise-level records management system (highly desirable).
• Confidently uses scripting or programming languages to perform the following is highly desirable:
o automate tasks in a Windows environment,
o analyse and extract or import information/data via web services / system APIs /PowerShell,
o analyse, visualise, and report against statistical data taken from databases and systems.
• Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including MS Teams and SharePoint.
As our Records Coordinator you will:
• Assist in developing and implementing technological solutions for the automated capture of digital records into the departmental records management system (eDOCS).
• Provide advice and support to business units on the use of digital recordkeeping solutions and recordkeeping matters.
• Monitor and research ICT industry developments and trends in order to maintain knowledge of emerging information technologies for recordkeeping and their application to the business environment.
• Foster and role-model a work environment that values performance improvement, innovation and outcomes and knowledge sharing within the business unit.
• Demonstrate commitment to contemporary standards of ethical practice workplace safety, equity, and diversity.
