About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to a service of processing, collecting and delivering internal and external mail as well as parcels and other items as required across MNHHS, RBWH & STARS. Collecting urgent specimen collections from various areas of RBWH and delivering to the Pathology.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Comply with and utilise procedures, policies, regulations and standards which impact upon the position including contemporary human resource management requirements and practices, such as workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination policies.
• Attend to enquiries (face to face, telephone, electronic)
• Sorting of mail for internal and external deliveries to be completed within designated timeframes
