The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) will provide extensive training to support you in undertaking duties in this dynamic role where you will be conducting driving assessments and delivering other government services to Queenslanders.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Conduct driving assessments to determine the competency of applicants for all classes of driver licence held by the incumbent.
• Deliver government services such as licensing and registration products through a variety of communication channels (including face to face, phone and online).
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of procedures, processes and services to be able to perform service interactions effectively and efficiently.
• Navigate multiple systems and databases to complete operational and administrative tasks, including financial transactions.
• Collaborate within a team to achieve performance targets and suggest improvements to ensure positive customer experiences.

Mandatory qualifications and conditions:
• Applicants are required to have held an open C class Driver Licence for a minimum of 12 months and maintain suitable traffic history.

Note: There are at least two (2) vacant positions to be filled as part of this recruitment process.
