eHealth Queensland are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage the Business Change Practice supporting all business change professionals within the Delivery Services Branch. This position plays a key role and is responsible for leading the Business Change community of practice, supporting career success planning discussions with line manager participation, and coaching and mentoring members of the business change practice across the Delivery Services Branch, eHealth Queensland. It will maintain and continually improve the Business Change competency framework and self-assessment tool, aligned to industry best practices.

Your Opportunity:
The role provides a capability development support service that:
- Partners with branch wide Change Managers and Training Managers to co-develop, implement, and maintain a best practice Change Management competency framework and self-assessment tool to support career success planning discussions with line managers.
- Develops, implements, and maintains a best practice change management framework, process guide and templates (including stakeholder engagement) to support consistency and improve change management quality standards across the branch.
- Establishes, implements and maintains a Business Change Community of Practice and SharePoint site, aimed at capability maturity and uplift and consistency of practice across Delivery Services Branch.
- Leads the consistent onboarding of business change roles into the practice.
- Coaches and mentors CoP members to provide opportunity for individual career development.
