An exciting opportunity exists for a Supervisor Food Services, who will be responsible for improving the patient's experience and will be the focus of your daily tasks, both directly and indirectly.  You will take pride in the high quality and nutritional food and beverage service that you and your team provide and coordinate workflow effectively to deliver meals on time to patients.

Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

As a Supervisor, you will enable your team through clear direction and support, providing on the job assistance, feedback and be a role model for others.

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Comply with and implement the SCUH Food Safety Program ensuring this is understood and applied by Patient Support Assistants.
• Coordinate and supervisor scheduled and unscheduled cleaning in accordance with Food Service specifications and procedures ensuring food service staff maintain a clean and safe environment and personal hygiene standards.
• Prioritise workloads and organise replacement staff due to short term emergent leave (e.g., sick leave).

Remuneration value up to $78,332 p.a., comprising salary between $65,497 - $68,654 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (003). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
