Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Display a high level of knowledge and experience of the management of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications particularly with regard to the following:
o Vendor Management (Engages proactively and collaboratively with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance)
o Business Requirements (Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and obtains formal agreement to requirements)
o Change and Release Management (Assesses, analyses, develops, documents and implements changes)
• Demonstrate high level knowledge of the integration between SaaS applications / modules deployed in a multi-agency, shared service environment, including ability to develop quality system specifications, configuration documentation and testing scenarios.
• Demonstrate a high level of analytical, conceptual and innovative problem solving skills including the ability to independently research, analyse, develop and recommend options and implement solutions to enhance business performance and reform business processes.
• Understand the work environment and contribute to the development of plans, strategies and team goals related to Third Party Solutions and QSS supported systems.
• Identify and resolve issues and problems related to Third Party Solutions and QSS supported systems that may impact upon customer agencies.
• Actively listen to customers and provide quality system and solution advice that meet business requirements.
• Assist management other team leads in supervising team members to deliver effective services to internal stakeholders and customer agencies, including
mentoring and provision of skills transfer.
• Highly developed communication, consultation and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of key stakeholders and ability to build positive relationships in an environment of change.
• Maintain strong relationships with the functional teams within the organisation and associated system users throughout the various support activities of the support unit including the identification, evaluation and implementation of continuous improvement activities.
