The Passenger Rollingstock and Signalling Branch is delivering and managing rollingstock and signalling projects that are innovative, integrated, and accessible to meet the growing demand for rail services in Southeast Queensland.

Job details

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Prepare program and project information and reports that will guide leaders in making informed decisions, optimising program performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Coordinate meetings, forums, steering committees, and working groups, including secretariat support, and managing submissions, presentations, and papers.
• Develop and implement effective administrative, financial, program, and project processes, contribute to improvement initiatives, and maintain regular reporting to key stakeholders.
• Provide support for various Passenger Rail Major Projects management activities, business support tasks, administrative and procurement support, tenant management, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder relationship building.
