Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Prepare program and project information and reports that will guide leaders in making informed decisions, optimising program performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Coordinate meetings, forums, steering committees, and working groups, including secretariat support, and managing submissions, presentations, and papers.
• Develop and implement effective administrative, financial, program, and project processes, contribute to improvement initiatives, and maintain regular reporting to key stakeholders.
• Provide support for various Passenger Rail Major Projects management activities, business support tasks, administrative and procurement support, tenant management, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder relationship building.
