We are looking for an experienced training to take on an exciting new position within our Information and Advice Services (IAS) team. Working closely with the contact centre manager and team leaders, your experience in customer service will enable you to review, develop and deliver quality training to staff at front counters across the state as well as in our inbound contact centre.

About Legal Aid Queensland
We are looking for an experienced training to take on an exciting new position within our Information and Advice Services (IAS) team. Working closely with the contact centre manager and team leaders, your experience in customer service will enable you to review, develop and deliver quality training to staff at front counters across the state as well as in our inbound contact centre.
This role is temporary full time to 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extension.
What you will do
- Coordinate, facilitate, review and update training programs and resources through appropriate feedback and stakeholder engagement
- Identify learning opportunities and emerging training issues
- Cultivate relationships, establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders in order to identify efficiencies
- Research and evaluate the effectiveness of a variety of learning initiatives
About you: The successful candidate will have
- Experience managing a team in a customer service environment and have experience and understanding of delivering services to disadvantaged clients
- The ability to contribute to the professional development of others
- The ability to identify training needs, develop and deliver training programs and update training materials
- Resilience and the ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment

- 36.25 hrs per week (full time hours)
