The Nursing and Midwifery workforce is facing significant challenges due to current skill shortages and rising service demands. Utilising your advanced clinical expertise, leadership experience, and management skills, you will conduct a comprehensive review of the nursing and midwifery workforce at CQ Health. Your task is to provide recommendations that will enhance service delivery, ensuring high-quality healthcare for the future with a workforce that is efficient, effective, affordable, and sustainable.

About you:
- Mandatory qualification/s: Current registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the issues and barriers to a sustainable nursing and midwifery.
- Ability to discuss contemporary approaches to strengthening the nursing and midwifery workforce.
- Proven ability to communicate relevant, prompt and accurate information; is approachable and resourceful in working with senior colleagues and peers; uses good judgement in prioritising courses of action and is respectful to co-workers and customers.
- Able to discuss how to promote and protect organisational values.

Salary information:
Total remuneration value of up to $16,580 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate of $87.94 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
