Exciting opportunities are currently available for experienced Enrolled Nurses to join the Rural Nursing Team at the Eidsvold, Biggenden, Childers, Mundubbera Multipurpose Health Services, Gayndah, Monto Health Services and Gin Gin Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity: 

  • The Enrolled Nurse (EN) practices under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) providing clinical and patient-centred care within the Rural Hospitals and Multipurpose Health Services of the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS). The EN utilises their knowledge, skill and competence to effectively develop, provide and evaluate patient care, whilst maintaining regular communication and assistance from the RN.

Several Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable). We also have multiple Temporary Full Time and Part Time Contracts and Casual positions available.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $86,258 p.a., comprising salary between $71,234 - $75,602 p.a. (f/t) or salary between $35.93 - $38.13 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 3) (Several Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f. and Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable, multiple Temporary Full Time and Part Time Contracts and Casual positions available).
